JUNIOR VARSITY BOYS LOSE TO HABERSHAM CENTRAL 3-2 AT LION STADIUM

The Junior Varsity boys fell behind early in their home game against Habersham Central on Thursday night.  Down 3-0 at the end of the first half.

In the second half, the Lion defense held and the offense began putting pressure on the Habersham defense.  The Lions were awarded two penalty kicks in the final 15 minutes of the match.  Lion Midfielders Evan Leima and David Emerich converted their opportunities, but ultimately the Lions ran out of time and fell short as the game ended 3-2.

The Junior Varsity Boy’s next game is Monday, March 7^th, at 7:30 p.m. at Meadowcreek High School.
