Three second-half goals lifted Peachtree Ridge to a 3-0 win over Collins Hill in a key Region 7-AAAAAA boys’ soccer matchup.
Collins Hill’s Paul Ille had the best scoring chance in the first half after hitting the left goal post and the contest remained scoreless heading to halftime. Then Daniel Rodriguez connected on a penalty kick after a foul by Collins Hill in the box with 32:21 to go in the second half to put Peachtree Ridge on top 1-0.
