The JV Boys had another great game for the 2013 season. They played hard and hung in there with a 4-1 win. Everyone came together and overcame the cold weather.
The boys came out with a vengeance. Coming out strong, Sam Aiken was on
fire with two goals in the first half with assists from David Mejia. The
game was both physical and tiring but the boys held in there for another
score after halftime from Walker Moe on an assist from Blake Patrick. Our
defense was one to be reckoned with. They were all outstanding. We were
ahead 3-0 but Harrison was not going out easy. They came back and scored
making it 3-1. The boys stayed strong with a beautiful pass from Walker
Moe for a score by David Mejia. We held on and won the game with a score
of 4-1.
We are very proud of all the boys. You all played awesome and we want to
keep this streak going for our next game against Collins Hill on Monday,
March 4th. Please come out and support our boys! Go Lions!!
