The JV Girls pulled out a big win over the Duluth Wildcats with a final score of 3-1.

The weather was beautiful and everyone came together to cheer the girls on. The first half brought many exciting moments as the girls dominated the game. We stayed on their half of the field for much of the first half. Smriti Singh scored the first goal with an assist from Sophia Sakers putting us up 1-0 going into the half. The second half started just as exciting with Sophia Sakers scoring the next goal on an assist from Smriti Singh. Up 2-0 the girls were not giving up. The defense played strong although they were missing Rachel Havens who is out with an injury for the rest of the season. The Wildcats came on strong with a goal in the second half but Smriti Singh was on fire scoring another one later in the second half putting us up 3-1.

We are so proud of the girls and are excited about their final region game tonight against North Gwinnett at home. Go Lions!!!
